Friday:

Sorry for the lateness of these posts, but I had a bad back weekend.
Friday breakfast was Orange/Grapefruit juice. 7 cups of yumminess!


Lunch was Penny's Pate. Sunflower seeds, fresh herbs, and some lemon. It didn't say how to eat it, so I grabbed some spinach and ate it wrapped in the leaves. It was amazing! Definitely a keeper. Get some the recipe by signing up for the program at 28daysraw.com.


Dinner was Avocado Tomato Watercress Treat. Great salad, the avocado and a squirt of lemon took the bitterness out of the watercress.


Exercise was hard for once. I went out on my hand cycle, but barely made it 28 mins. I don't think my back was ready yet.
