Sunday:

Great day! I went out riding first thing in the morning. Wow, what a difference! So much cooler! Did 4 1/2 miles in 43 mins. Felt  much better, no pain.

Breakfast was Orange, Banana, Strawberry Smoothie:

Lunch was a big salad: spinach, sprouts, tomato, beet, carrot, and avocado with a tahini based dressing:

Not very hungry, so dinner was half a very ripe, very delicious pineapple:

Exercise was 43 mins on my hand cycle. Go me!

Saturday:

First day of Renaissance Faire build! I love build time, a chance to visit with friends before we're overrun with tourists. Plus it's fun to watch Faire go up piece by piece, laughing, drinking, having fun.

I made a HUGE melon salad to last me the day, plus a sesame seed milk for protein:

Yummy huh? No pic of the milk as it went into a travel cup.

All my friends at Faire were surprised! I kept hearing "Have you lost weight?" And "You look great!" I was able to get on my forearm crutches and help with the build, which totally shocked the booth owners. By the time Faire starts in April I should be another 10 pounds down. Can't wait! No exercise except what I did at Faire, so I must go out tomorrow.

Friday:

It's hot as well!  Breakfast was yummy, an OJ and Durian Smoothie:

After yesterday, I wanted to have a light lunch. Plus it was hot, so I wasn't that hungry. So lunch was Watermelon Juice:

Dinner was a green lemonade with bok choy as the green. My fav so far:

No exercise, spent the night with my hubby. Sigh, first day off, only one more for the week.
Thursday:

Breakfast was a green smoothie with kale as the green:

No lunch, still full from breakfast. Dinner was cashew milk. Mmmm.

I did 30 mins on my hand cycle! Ugh, it felt like I was starting all over again. My arms and back were super sore and I didn't even make 3 miles. But at least I went out.

Wednesday:

Breakfast was cantaloupe mylk. Soooooo good! It's so easy to make, just cut it in wedges, cut off the rind, and put it in the blender. Pour over ice and voila!

Lunch/Dinner was Ambrosia. I can never get enough of this stuff!

Still no exercise, and I'm sick of it! I always have an excuse in my brain: I have to make breakfast, I have to wait for it to digest. I'm tired. It's time for lunch. My husband got home and I want to spend time with him. It's time for dinner. My back hurts. It's too hot. It's raining. Bla bla bla.

I've stopped losing weight and actually put ON two pounds!

I'm done with excuses! I haven't cheated, despite all the candy in the house because I blogged about it, and asked everyone to make sure not to enable me. Well, I'm doing it again. I'm asking you, my readers, to hold me accountable. Same with my hubby and friends. I will do 30 mins of exercise 5 days a week. If it's raining, I'll do my WII and or weights. If I'm hurting, I'll take some meds. I am getting back on track! I'm also going back on the Raw Rumpus Diet. I lost 10 lbs last time, so this should get me going again. Hold me to it readers!
Tuesday:

Breakfast was berries! I went to Costco and stocked up big time. I had strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries drizzled with raw honey. Outstanding:

Looks yummy huh?

Lunch was a big salad with mixed greens, mixed sprouts, tomato, avocado, and pecans I had mixed up with a little honey - kinda like the honey roasted pecans you get on salads only raw. I made a dressing with apple cider vinegar, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, oregano, and a little salt. I finished the whole thing!

My snack of Sesame Seed Milk ended up being my dinner as I wasn't hungry after.

Still no exercise, I ended up napping most of the day. Not sure why, but I'm always tired. I'm sleeping, the insomnia is gone, but I wake up tired. Hmmmm. Not sure what to do here.

Monday:

An all time low. It started out great with cantaloupe mylk. Yumm!

Then the wheels came off. I went shopping my my weekly food, and at Costco they had Godiva chocolate on sale. Somehow it ended up in my cart, then in my mouth. Lunch was basically candy.

I pulled it together enough to have a good dinner, Green Lemonade with rainbow chard as the green:

It was very good! Oh that I had stopped there. But no, more candy for dessert. My stomach hurt. So I made a promise to myself, NO MORE CANDY!

I have been doing so well, I don't know why I'm giving in to temptation now, but it stops here.
Sunday:

Breakfast was my new favorite, Durian/OJ smoothie. The best!

For Lunch I had a big salad with mixed greens, sprouts, carrot, beet, and heirloom tomatoes:

Dinner was pumpkin seed milk:

Would have been a truly successful day if I'd worked out. Sigh.

Saturday: Feeling better, back is going back to it's usual self, but I just can't find the motivation to exercise. Not sure why, but the heat doesn't help. I'm in Southern California, and it might be cold where you are, but it's in the upper 80's here!

Breakfast was a banana, OJ, strawberry smoothie. One of my favs :)

Lunch was a piece of durian! 😁

For some reason I was really hungry today and couldn't stop snacking. My raw snack was a beautiful, delicious heirloom tomato, sliced, with a little raw avocado oil and sprinkled with Himalayan salt:

My naughty snack was a Reese's Peanut Butter Egg. Boo me :(

Dinner was a come back, Sunflower Seed Milk:

Overall a good day, but Easter candy is a BIG temptation.

Friday:

Ambrosia for breakfast!! Macadamia nuts, young coconut, strawberries, honey, and water. Want the recipe? Sign up for the 28 day Transition to Raw program at http://www.thegardendiet.com. Email them, I've been on three programs, but I think this one was from the 28 day program

Mmmmmmmm, luscious!

Lunch was kale salad with my own dressing, quarter cup raw hemp seeds, quarter cup nutritional yeast, a tablespoon of raw oil of your choice (I used avocado), salt, and enough apple cider vinegar to make it smooth and dressing like. Pour over chopped kale and scarf!

Dinner was a green lemonade with kale as the green. Today was kale day!

Finally caught up with the blog!!! Sorry for getting so far behind!
Thursday hungry again:

Breakfast was Brazil nut milk:

Lunch was light, just one of my heirloom tomatoes drizzled with raw avocado oil and Himalayan salt:

Dinner was Green Lemonade with spinach as the green:

Hopefully I'll keep eating three meals a day. My pain level is low again, hopefully I'll be working out by this weekend.
Wednesday: feeling a little hungrier today, I actually had three meals!

Breakfast was an OJ, banana, strawberry smoothie:

Lunch was sesame seed milk:

Dinner was a big salad with mixed greens, avocado, grated carrot, and heirloom tomatoes with questions tahini based dressing. Yumm!

I scored some awesome heirloom tomatoes on sale at my local organic grocer:

They are as delicious as they look! Super ripe!
Tuesday:

It's a good thing I take pictures of everything I eat, or I'd be in trouble!

Breakfast was blueberries and raspberries with a drizzle of raw honey:

No lunch. Dinner was a green lemonade, with kale as the green:

Monday:

Breakfast was a green smoothie before and after blending:

No lunch, did you see how much was in the smoothie?! Dinner was a spinach salad with avocado and raw walnuts. I made a sweet dressing with apple cider vinegar, dill, and honey:

Yumm! Still no exercise, due to rain and laziness :(

Sunday:

Finally got my appetite back!

Breakfast was five oranges juiced and a banana:

Lunch was a big salad with parsley, cilantro, green onions, tomato, and avocado with a garli, lemon and olive oil dressing.

My snack was Sesame Seed Milk, quickly becoming my favorite as I don't have to soak or peel anything.

Dinner was another salad, spinach, avocado, and tomato:

Today I found out what happens when you leave organic tomatoes at room temperature for two weeks - they sprout!

They had little leaves and roots and everything!
Saturday:

Again just two meals. Breakfast: Green Smoothie:

Dinner was a nut milk, don't remember which one:

Friday:

Breakfast was a green smoothie:

Again no lunch or snack. Dinner was sesame mylk:

Back is still screwed up, no exercise. This sucks.
Thursday:

It took all day to drink. No lunch or snack. Dinner was Almond Milk:

No exercise due to pain :(
