Tuesday:

Breakfast was berries! I went to Costco and stocked up big time. I had strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries drizzled with raw honey. Outstanding:

Looks yummy huh?

Lunch was a big salad with mixed greens, mixed sprouts, tomato, avocado, and pecans I had mixed up with a little honey - kinda like the honey roasted pecans you get on salads only raw. I made a dressing with apple cider vinegar, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, oregano, and a little salt. I finished the whole thing!

My snack of Sesame Seed Milk ended up being my dinner as I wasn't hungry after.

Still no exercise, I ended up napping most of the day. Not sure why, but I'm always tired. I'm sleeping, the insomnia is gone, but I wake up tired. Hmmmm. Not sure what to do here.

Monday:

An all time low. It started out great with cantaloupe mylk. Yumm!

Then the wheels came off. I went shopping my my weekly food, and at Costco they had Godiva chocolate on sale. Somehow it ended up in my cart, then in my mouth. Lunch was basically candy.

I pulled it together enough to have a good dinner, Green Lemonade with rainbow chard as the green:

It was very good! Oh that I had stopped there. But no, more candy for dessert. My stomach hurt. So I made a promise to myself, NO MORE CANDY!

I have been doing so well, I don't know why I'm giving in to temptation now, but it stops here.
Sunday:

Breakfast was my new favorite, Durian/OJ smoothie. The best!

For Lunch I had a big salad with mixed greens, sprouts, carrot, beet, and heirloom tomatoes:

Dinner was pumpkin seed milk:

Would have been a truly successful day if I'd worked out. Sigh.

Saturday: Feeling better, back is going back to it's usual self, but I just can't find the motivation to exercise. Not sure why, but the heat doesn't help. I'm in Southern California, and it might be cold where you are, but it's in the upper 80's here!

Breakfast was a banana, OJ, strawberry smoothie. One of my favs :)

Lunch was a piece of durian! 😁

For some reason I was really hungry today and couldn't stop snacking. My raw snack was a beautiful, delicious heirloom tomato, sliced, with a little raw avocado oil and sprinkled with Himalayan salt:

My naughty snack was a Reese's Peanut Butter Egg. Boo me :(

Dinner was a come back, Sunflower Seed Milk:

Overall a good day, but Easter candy is a BIG temptation.

Friday:

Ambrosia for breakfast!! Macadamia nuts, young coconut, strawberries, honey, and water. Want the recipe? Sign up for the 28 day Transition to Raw program at http://www.thegardendiet.com. Email them, I've been on three programs, but I think this one was from the 28 day program

Mmmmmmmm, luscious!

Lunch was kale salad with my own dressing, quarter cup raw hemp seeds, quarter cup nutritional yeast, a tablespoon of raw oil of your choice (I used avocado), salt, and enough apple cider vinegar to make it smooth and dressing like. Pour over chopped kale and scarf!

Dinner was a green lemonade with kale as the green. Today was kale day!

Finally caught up with the blog!!! Sorry for getting so far behind!
Thursday hungry again:

Breakfast was Brazil nut milk:

Lunch was light, just one of my heirloom tomatoes drizzled with raw avocado oil and Himalayan salt:

Dinner was Green Lemonade with spinach as the green:

Hopefully I'll keep eating three meals a day. My pain level is low again, hopefully I'll be working out by this weekend.
Wednesday: feeling a little hungrier today, I actually had three meals!

Breakfast was an OJ, banana, strawberry smoothie:

Lunch was sesame seed milk:

Dinner was a big salad with mixed greens, avocado, grated carrot, and heirloom tomatoes with questions tahini based dressing. Yumm!

I scored some awesome heirloom tomatoes on sale at my local organic grocer:

They are as delicious as they look! Super ripe!
